IDB Action Plans
The Montego Bay Action Plan was designed for the Interamerican Development Bank’s (IDB) Emerging and Sustainable Cities Initiative (ESCI), based in Washington DC. The ESCI “is a technical assistance program that helps intermediate cities in Latin America and the Caribbean in identifying, prioritizing and structuring projects to improve their environmental, urban and fiscal sustainability.”
This is a reference book in which, not just the action plan to develop in the Jamaican city is exposed, but also the research behind the plan is showcased. In order to make it easy to navigate for a wide audience, the choices of color, text hierarchy, graphics, infographics and photographs (by Ramón Zamora) were considered.
